WHY IS THE CENSUS BUREAU SO REDUNDANT ??

In 2009 the Census Bureau sent me a large packet to complete for the 2010 census. Now I have gotten another form from the bureau to fill out and three follow-up letters. Since this Census has been taken over by the current administration, the reasoning behind that was they could do it better. I think it is worse because I am being slammed with all these repeated forms to fill out.
